Role Overview



We are seeking a detail-oriented ECO/GBIS/SHDF Submission Coordinator to manage and oversee the end-to-end submission process for projects. You will ensure that all documentation is completed accurately, meets compliance standards, and is submitted within deadlines. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of the ECO/GBIS/SHDF scheme requirements.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare, review, and submit ECO/SHDF/GBIS applications, ensuring compliance with scheme guidelines.

Verify customer eligibility and cross-check required documentation (e.g., EPC reports, occupancy evidence, funding eligibility).

Liaise with internal teams, installers, and funding partners to facilitate smooth submissions.

Monitor submission progress, track deadlines, and ensure timely approvals.

Identify and rectify errors in applications to prevent rejections or delays.

Keep up to date with ECO/SHDF/GBIS regulations and ensure all submissions align with the latest requirements.

Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on submission statuses.

Support audits by ensuring all documentation is complete and accessible.

Skills & Experience Required



Experience in ECO/GBIS/SHDF funding schemes or a similar compliance-driven role.

Strong administrative and organisational skills.

High attention to detail to ensure submission accuracy.

Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management systems.

Strong communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders effectively.
