About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and proactive
EcoCoach Support Coordinator
to join our growing team.
This hybrid role combines school-based delivery with light operational and logistical duties -- ideal for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and problem-solving.
You'll support our schools and staff across the week, ensuring our Educators and children have everything they need to succeed -- from setting up activities to transporting equipment, supporting wraparound sessions, and filling short-term cover gaps.
This position directly replaces existing delivery hours at The Spinney Primary School and removes the need for management to handle daily logistics.
Key Responsibilities1. School Delivery (Core Hours)
Lead or support delivery of lunch clubs, PE sessions, and after-school activities.
Build positive relationships with children, demonstrating the EcoCoach "Play Their Way" approach.
Promote safe, inclusive participation and uphold behaviour standards.
2. Logistics & Support
Transport equipment and materials between sites (using own vehicle).
Assist with setup and pack-down for sessions, clubs, and camps.
Support the Head of Operations with stock audits and restocking equipment.
Provide short-term cover across schools as required.
3. Wraparound & Holiday Support
Support wraparound provision (before and after school) and school holiday camps when scheduled.
Be available for early starts and later finishes when needed (between 7am and 6pm).
4. Compliance & Administration
Complete registers and safeguarding documentation accurately.
Follow GDPR and health and safety procedures.
Represent EcoCoach CIC professionally at all times.

Cover across Stamford, Peterborough, Kettering, and Cambridge
Transport or equipment support
Availability requirement:
7:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday (you will not work all these hours but must be contactable within this window).
Essential Requirements
Full
UK driving licence
and access to a reliable vehicle (non-negotiable).
Experience working with children (formal or informal).
Confident, organised, and proactive with good time management.
Able to follow safeguarding and compliance processes accurately.
Comfortable travelling between multiple sites independently.
Enhanced DBS (or willing to complete one prior to starting).
Desirable Skills & Experience
Background in PE, childcare, youth work, or community coaching.
Experience working in schools or with children aged 4-11.
Basic understanding of safeguarding, SEND, or behaviour management.
A practical, can-do attitude and strong communication skills.
