Ecological Modeller or Senior Ecological Modeller at our Glasgow or Stirling office.

Within this role, your tasks and responsibilities will include:

Conducting a range of data management and statistical analysis techniques on predominantly ecological datasets to generate robust outputs for use in assessments. Applying a range of industry standard modelling techniques using R and other software as applicable. Conducting more bespoke analysis that may be required on a project-specific basis. Providing advice regarding statistically robust data collection and the accurate interpretation and appropriate presentation of modelling outputs.

As the successful candidate, you will have:

Experience analysing a variety of ecological, spatial and statistical data. Excellent skills in R for data manipulation and data analysis. Statistical knowledge and experience of applying the above to complex problems, ideally in an offshore context.

This is a permanent, full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
