Job Description

Job Role:



Providing speedy customer service across a range of e-Commerce platforms (i.e website, eBay, Amazon, accounts).

Processing and despatching orders on various platforms each day.

Contonious customer liaison to keep them up to date regarding deliveries.

Managing new projects for new enquiries

Working with online sales manager to ensure various areas of the online business are up to date and regularly developing to continue growth in sales and traffic online.

Opportunity to grow within the online business supporting in areas such as copywriting, market research, marketing and telesales.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving environment

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent Communication skills

Adept at problem solving

Hardworking and proactive attitude

Positive under pressure

Efficient in working online

Business minded

Previous experience working in a project management/customer service role would be advantageous

Previous experience working for an online business would be advantageous

Knowledge of corrugated packaging would be advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 4 months
