About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join our team and help manage our growing online sales platforms. This role is crucial in delivering a seamless and positive shopping experience for our customers. Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Flexibility for additional hours when needed)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by answering queries across all online platforms Keep customers informed about their order status promptly and clearly Handle customer communications via phone, email, and live chat Create, update, and manage product listings across multiple online sales channels Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks Collaborate with other departments and learn different areas of the business to strengthen the team

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good general maths and English skills Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using computers and common software applications Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
