Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Wordpress Website Manager to oversee and enhance our online presence. This role will focus on managing our website, optimising its performance, and driving our digital marketing efforts through social media, Meta, and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical website skills, creative design abilities, and expertise in online advertising to improve our digital reach and customer experience.

Duties



Manage and maintain our website, ensuring it runs smoothly, is user-friendly, and meets business needs. Manage product listings across various online platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and imagery. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning. Monitor website performance metrics using analytical tools to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Create engaging adverts and graphics using tools like Canva for social media, website promotions, and paid ad campaigns. Develop and manage advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to boost brand awareness and sales. Handle tasks related to website performance, optimization, and digital marketing initiatives. Monitor and respond to online customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of service.

Requirements



Proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles is preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Minimum of 3 years' solid experience managing and maintaining websites, with specific expertise in WooCommerce. Proven experience creating and managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience improving website rankings. Familiarity with social media advertising, content creation, and paid ad platforms. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing projects from conception through execution. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with team members and external partners. A keen interest in market trends and consumer behaviour is highly desirable.
