E-commerce Marketplace Specialist (Full-Time, Hybrid)

Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire, UK - Flexible hybrid working (some in-office, some remote)
Salary: 36000 - 38,000 per annum + Bonus (DOE, see below for notes)

We're a fast-growing business launching a wide range of innovative consumer products, including wellness, beauty, and lifestyle brands across multiple categories under our own brand and on behalf of our clients. We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Marketplace Specialist to join our team and help take our products to new heights across the major online marketplaces.

The Role

You'll be responsible for creating and managing our product listings (not the visuals/photography, but the actual listings and optimisation) across marketplace sites such as Amazon, Google Shopping, eBay, TikTok Shop and more. You'll work closely with both our in-house team and external partners/agencies using the latest AI automation tools to drive visibility and sales. You'll also manage advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Amazon Ads, etc.), track results, and aim to continuously improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

Create, optimise, and maintain product listings on multiple marketplace platforms Write compelling, keyword-rich titles and product descriptions Manage and optimise ad campaigns (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.) Analyse data, track performance, and report results Work with internal teams (design, operations, marketing) to coordinate launches Use AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and gain an edge Keep up with marketplace trends and platform policy changes

About You

Previous experience in marketplace product listings (Amazon, eBay, etc.) Familiar with running online ad campaigns and keyword optimisation Comfortable with AI tools and tech (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, listing tools) Strong written English and attention to detail Analytical mindset; confident using data to inform decisions Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently Must have right to work in the UK
