Overview


We are looking for a proactive and creative E-commerce and Marketing Executive to join our growing e-commerce team. This role will focus on driving customer engagement and revenue growth primarily through email marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships. The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical, with strong design skills and a solid grasp of digital marketing data and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:



Email Marketing



Plan, build, and execute weekly email marketing campaigns. Actively grow customer data capture. Manage segmentation, and database health. Develop automated journeys and workflows to nurture leads, drive retention and increase revenue per customer. Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics, identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement.

Organic Social Media



Develop and implement content strategies across key social platforms. Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories aligned with business objectives. Design and produce content tailored to each channel. Monitor engagement, grow audiences, and report on performance.

Paid Social Media



Plan, build, and optimise paid social campaigns across relevant platforms. Manage campaign budgets, targeting, and creative to drive conversions and brand awareness. Analyse performance data and produce reports with actionable insights. Test and iterate creative and audience strategies to maximise ROI.

Influencer Outreach



Research and identify relevant influencers and brand partners. Manage outreach, negotiations, and relationships. Track and report on influencer campaign performance.

Additional Duties



Support the Ecommerce Manager in other areas of marketing and ecommerce as required. Conduct competitor research to identify opportunities and best practices. Assist with creating and updating basic website content.

Key Skills & Experience



Experience in email marketing platforms and automations is essential. Proficient in Photoshop and confident in producing digital assets. Solid understanding of social media strategy and best practice. Strong analytical skills, with experience using GA4 and marketing analytics tools. Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail. Ideally 2-3 years experience.
