THIS IS NOT A REMOTE ROLE, CANDIDATES WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE ON SITE IN ESSEX (CM9) AT LEAST 3 DAYS A WEEK

Summary

We are looking for a motivated e-commerce and SEO assistant to join our growing online pharmacy team. You will help manage and improve our product listings and website content while supporting our wider digital marketing activities.

This role would suit someone who enjoys organising content, learning new digital tools, has a good eye for detail and helping customers find what they need quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

Uploading new products and updating existing listings across our websites and marketplace channels Supporting improvements to product discovery, including categories, filters and internal linking Working closely with the SEO and Digital Marketing team on seasonal projects Writing clear and helpful content for new pages, category improvements and FAQs Supporting blog maintenance through updating, reorganising and improving internal linking Researching relevant topics, including seasonal health themes and awareness days Helping with email content such as product spotlights and promotional workflows

What You Bring

Experience working with SEO or e-commerce content in a fast paced environment Strong written English with the ability to create clear and customer friendly content Confidence using digital platforms such as Google Analytics and Merchant Centre Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Comfortable learning new tools and spotting opportunities for improvement Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare retail is helpful but not essential

Pay: From 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
