Key Responsibilities:
Processing and managing online orders efficiently.
Updating product information and stock levels.
Answering the phone, responding to live chat, and replying to customer emails.
Updating customers on stock availability and order delivery lead times.
Liaising with customers to provide support and resolve queries.
Supporting the eCommerce team with daily tasks and reporting.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in eCommerce, administration, or customer service preferred.
Good IT skills and strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
