Job Description

We're a fast-growing e-commerce brand specialising in baking kits, craft items and seasonal gift packs. We're looking for a proactive and organised individual -- either a

recent graduate

or someone with

graphic design experience

-- to support the day-to-day running of our online store. Around 70% of the role will involve order fulfilment, dispatch, and admin, with the remaining 30% focused on creative work like product labels, content, and campaign visuals.

This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for someone who enjoys both practical work and creative design, and is excited to grow with a small business.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Admin (70%)

Pack and dispatch customer orders with care and efficiency Maintain stock levels and update product listings across platforms (Amazon, Etsy, eBay, etc.) Create and manage spreadsheets for inventory, orders, and suppliers Assist with customer service and marketplace messages Support the setup and monitoring of online ads (Google, Meta, Amazon Ads) Keep the workspace organised and production-ready

Design & Content (30%)

Design product labels, inserts, and basic promotional materials Create social media content and support campaign planning Assist with product photography and editing Contribute ideas to branding, packaging, and customer experience

Who We're Looking For

A

graduate

in graphic design, digital media, marketing, or similar --

or someone with proven graphic design experience

Strong IT skills: confident using Excel, Word, Google Drive Practical, organised, and detail-focused -- happy to balance design work with hands-on fulfilment tasks A good eye for layout, typography, and colour Comfortable working independently and multitasking

Nice to Have (but not essential)

Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, eBay) Understanding of SEO, digital ads, or packaging design Interest in small business, baking, or DIY crafts

Pay & Progression

September (training month):

3 days/week, paid at minimum wage

From October (full time):

5 days/week, 37.5 hours, paid on salary @ 24,500 Pay review every 6 months
