The Role




As an E-Commerce Assistant, you'll support the smooth operation of Nackiye's online store--working across Shopify, ERP, and internal teams to ensure that the customer experience, inventory accuracy, and product data are all managed to a high standard. This is a hands-on role for someone detail-oriented, curious, and confident with digital systems.

Responsibilities



Upload and maintain product information, imagery, and pricing on Shopify Ensure all product content reflects brand tone and standards, coordinating with the design and marketing teams for accuracy and consistency Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate syncing between Shopify and ERP Process and follow up on online orders, returns, and customer inquiries Assist in compiling e-commerce performance reports Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams for product availability and delivery updates Assist in implementing seasonal updates, campaigns, and promotions on the website Identify and troubleshoot errors or inconsistencies across platforms Provide general administrative support related to e-commerce workflows Track and analyze return reasons, customer feedback, and conversion performance to help identify patterns or areas of improvement Assist with uploading translations or multiple currencies/languages

Requirements



1+ year experience in an e-commerce, operations, or retail coordination role (internships included) Strong working knowledge of e-commerce platforms and familiarity with ERP systems Comfortable navigating digital tools (Excel/Sheets, Shopify reports, file management) Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proactive, hands-on, and collaborative mindset Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Please note that the company's registered office is located in London. This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to Istanbul for short stays.
