Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing online sales platforms, maintaining product listings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our digital commerce activities. Responsibilities

Manage and update product listings across various online platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Uploading and optimising new products on Shopify Monitor and respond to customer enquiries via email, chat, or phone with professional phone etiquette. Perform data entry tasks related to sales transactions, inventory updates, and order processing. Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes. Maintain organised records of sales data, customer information, and inventory levels using QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely fulfilment of orders. Assist in developing promotional campaigns and analysing sales performance metrics. Support administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.

Experience

Previous office experience or administrative background is preferred. Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive). Experience with data entry tasks and clerical work is advantageous. Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is desirable. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent typing speed and accuracy are essential for efficient data management. Demonstrated good phone etiquette and communication skills are necessary for liaising with customers and suppliers.
