Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented eCommerce Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our online store. This role involves a variety of tasks related to content management, website performance, brand protection, SEO, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and enthusiastic about the fast-paced world of eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Protection & Monitoring Daily review of the Brand Protection Portal to identify and act on counterfeit listings. Work with infleuncer team on Tiktok Affiliate program and Tiktok shop orders. Monitor major platforms for fake or unauthorized product listings in the UK and abroad. Content Management Upload influencer-generated content to relevant channels. Upload blogs to the website, ensuring formatting and links are correct. Upload and update images, banners, and visual assets across the site. Update product SEO metadata (titles, descriptions, alt tags, etc.) for new listings. Check newly uploaded products for accuracy and consistency. Website Maintenance Perform daily bug checks across the website and report any technical issues. Assist in ensuring website content is up-to-date and functioning correctly. Update translations for new products, blog posts, and collections across languages. Reporting & Analytics Run weekly performance reports (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, sales performance). Share insights and data with the management team to support decision-making. Professional Development Complete the Google Digital Marketing Course (if not already certified).
Key Skills & Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic understanding of SEO best practices. Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) is a plus. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and image editing tools. Comfortable using spreadsheets and reporting tools. Excellent communication and time management skills. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Knowledge of social media platforms (especially TikTok) and brand protection processes is advantageous. Multilingual or experience with website translations is a bonus.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in an eCommerce, digital marketing, or website content role. Completion (or willingness to complete) the Google Digital Marketing Certification. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar.
