We are seeking a capable and experienced E-commerce Consultant / Growth Strategist to help us take our operation to the next level. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to scale an online business by improving both digital strategy and operational efficiency. You will work directly with our team to audit the current setup, identify growth opportunities, and help implement high-impact changes across marketing, customer journey, conversion optimization, and product presentation. We're in a position of low market competition with strong profit margins -- and the right systems can unlock rapid, scalable growth. Initially, this will be a flexible and temporary freelance role. Based on performance and value delivered, we are open to transitioning into a part-time or full-time position. --- Key Responsibilities Review our current e-commerce setup (Amazon, Shopify, digital assets, branding, systems) Provide actionable recommendations to improve performance, brand visibility, and conversions Support new product launches, listing strategy, and optimization Advise on infrastructure such as email flows, content marketing, SEO, TikTok Shop, and review generation Help prioritize tasks and guide the team through a practical 30-60-90 day roadmap Contribute to improving packaging, customer experience, and retention strategies Bring proven strategies and systems that can scale efficiently and quickly --- What We're Looking For Solid, proven experience working on e-commerce brands or marketplaces Confident working across both strategy and practical execution Comfortable advising founders directly and making clear recommendations Ability to look at a business holistically -- from marketing to margins Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo), and growth analytics tools is a plus --- Bonus Opportunity There are two additional family-run businesses in related sectors that may require similar support.
