Role Introduction:
The e-Commerce Consultant is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer-centric service on the Purchasing platform, creating and implement strategies that drive transactions through the marketplace.
What You Will Do:
Engage with stakeholders who are both technical and non-technical level to organise, develop, and execute growth plans for our customers.
Work collaboratively across Customer Support, Content Team, Implementation, Account Management, Product, Pre-Sales and Business Development, building long-lasting and meaningful relationships.
Continually develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Purchasing product and the needs of customers implementing a Procurement system.
Use customer feedback and data to drive continuous improvement
