Role Introduction:

The e-Commerce Consultant is dedicated to empowering customers on our Purchasing Marketplace delivering standout support, driving adoption, and creating strategies that fuel growth and lasting partnerships.



This role is based at our York office, with the flexibility and remote working. Team members are typically expected to attend on-site 1-2 times per month.


What You Will Do:
Engage with stakeholders who are both technical and non-technical level to organise, develop, and execute growth plans for our customers. Work collaboratively across Customer Support, Content Team, Implementation, Account Management, Product, Pre-Sales and Business Development, building long-lasting and meaningful relationships. Continually develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Purchasing product and the needs of customers implementing a Procurement system Use customer feedback and data to drive continuous improvement

What You Will Have:
Proven experience working with B2B customers, ideally within Customer Support, Customer Success, or Account Management roles. Is an early adopter of new technologies, technical skills, and capabilities that improve performance; regularly experiments with and leverages technologies and tools to substantially improve performance Offers penetrating questions to help others get to the heart of complex situations and find strong solutions; uses a range of inputs to fully understand and solve problems Enhances and improves collaboration among co-workers and with external partners; solicits ideas from diverse colleagues, leaves space in conversation for them; gives credit well and generously Is consistently honest and straightforward; shares uncomfortable information in a clear and helpful manner; maintains high ethical standards and professional codes of conduct Ability to work on multiple projects whilst keeping stakeholders up to date efficiently
