Overview



We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator to manage and grow our online sales channels. You will play a key role in driving website/webshop traffic, ensuring efficient order processing and delivering an exceptional digital customer experience. The role also supports digital marketing activities designed to increase engagement and sales.
The ideal applicant will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.

Duties



Website & Webshop Management



Update and maintain product listings, pricing, and stock availability across the website and webshop. Conduct regular price comparisons on the web with competitors and marketplaces to ensure competitive pricing and identify opportunities for adjustment. Ensure product descriptions, images, specifications, and technical data are accurate, complete, and up to date. Maintain website and webshop functionality, performance, mobile responsiveness, and SEO best practices. Monitor and analyse webshop traffic, user behaviour, and conversion metrics to inform improvements. Coordinate online promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns, including aligning pricing strategies with market trends. Work with marketing and sales teams to highlight price competitiveness and value propositions on product pages.

Data Management



Perform regular uploads and updates of product listings, pricing, and stock availability across the full product catalogue. Conduct daily checks to verify data accuracy and consistency between the website/webshop and inventory/accounting systems such as Smartsheets, QuickBooks Shopify, Amazon and Cin7. Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to product data, pricing errors, or stock levels in a timely manner to ensure seamless webshop operation. Liaise with relevant teams or vendors to troubleshoot and rectify system integration or data flow problems.

Sales Growth & Digital Marketing



Implement strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. Work with the sales team on campaigns, promotions, and SEO initiatives. Use digital sales techniques to identify, qualify, and engage leads. Communicate with prospective clients via email, social media, and other digital channels. Support the delivery of digital sales strategies to improve performance.

Order Processing & Customer Support



Oversee the end-to-end order process to ensure timely fulfilment. Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams for efficient dispatch and delivery. Respond promptly and professionally to webshop enquiries. Resolve order issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Analysis



Monitor key webshop performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rates). Provide insights and recommendations for continuous optimisation.

Additional Responsibilities



Carry out other reasonable tasks and responsibilities consistent with the nature and level of the role, as required from time to time to support business operations and objectives.

Requirements



Degree or Qualification in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field is desirable 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, digital sales support, or website administration is essential. Strong understanding of website and webshop platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Cin7, Amazon). Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Excellent organisational skills. Has a logical, analytical mindset and enjoys using data to guide decisions and improve performance Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proven experience working with Shopify in a commercial ecommerce environment Understands core ecommerce metrics like conversion rate, AOV, and product performance Has some exposure to CRO and enjoys testing ideas to improve customer experience Communicates clearly and works well with others in a small, collaborative team Is proactive, organised, and happy to roll up their sleeves to help wherever needed Has great attention to detail and a keen eye for product presentation and content quality

Pay: 31,000.00-34,000.00 per year
