The E-Commerce Coordinator will manage and grow our online charity shops on

Vinted and eBay

, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer engagement, and maximised revenue. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about using e-commerce for social good.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Management



Oversee day-to-day operations of the charity's Vinted and eBay stores. Create, optimise, and update product listings, including photography, descriptions, pricing, and category selection. Ensure all items are presented professionally and aligned with brand guidelines. Monitor and manage stock, removing sold or outdated listings.

Order Fulfilment



Process orders promptly, ensuring accurate packaging, labelling, and dispatch. Maintain relationships with postage providers and ensure cost-effective shipping. Monitor delivery timelines and resolve any dispatch-related issues.

Customer Service



Provide friendly, timely communication with buyers through Vinted and eBay messaging. Handle queries, returns, refunds, and complaints in line with charity policy. Maintain high seller ratings by ensuring positive customer experiences.

Donation Management



Sort, evaluate, and price donated goods for suitability on Vinted and/or eBay. Identify high-value or special-edition items and list them accordingly. Coordinate with staff or volunteers managing donations, storage, and inventory.

Sales & Growth



Monitor sales performance and identify trends to maximise revenue. Adjust pricing and promotions to improve visibility and conversion. Implement strategies to grow followers, reviews, and repeat custom on both platforms. Stay informed of marketplace changes (fees, policies, trending categories).

Reporting & Compliance



Track sales data, costs, and income for monthly reporting. Ensure compliance with eBay and Vinted policies and with charity retail regulations. Maintain accurate records of donated goods and Gift Aid (if applicable).
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week

Experience:
