E-commerce Coordinator to be the driving force behind our online sales channels.

This is a critical, hands-on role where your digital expertise will directly impact our growth in both D2C and B2B markets. You'll be the expert managing our digital shelf end-to-end.

Your Impact & Key Responsibilities

Platform Ownership: Take full charge of our core platforms:

Shopify

,

Amazon Seller Central

, and our B2B Portal.*

Trading & Performance: Drive conversions by implementing effective merchandising and

SEO best practices

. Utilise

Google Analytics (GA4) to track key metrics and deliver actionable reports to inform strategy.*

Content & Campaigns: Create accurate, engaging, on-brand product listings and execute digital promotions and product launches across all channels.*

Operations: Ensure a seamless order process by coordinating inventory and logistics with our warehouse and

3PL partners.*

What You'll Bring

We need an analytical, detail-oriented professional with:

Platform Mastery: Proven, practical experience with

Shopify and

Amazon Seller Central.*

D2C/B2B Track Record: Experience managing e-commerce content and promotions for both consumer and business audiences.*

Data Literacy: Working knowledge of

SEO and website analytics, specifically

GA4.*

How many years' experience do you have working directly with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon or similar systems? Do you have practical, hands-on experience managing a Shopify-based website and shop, both in terms of product management and overall site aesthetics? Have you managed or maintained an Amazon Seller Central store, including product listings, descriptions or promotions? Do you have practical, hands-on experience using an email marketing platform such as Omnisend, Klaviyo or Mailchimp to plan, send and monitor campaigns? Do you understand how to apply SEO principles to improve how products and content perform online? Have you used Google Analytics (GA4) or similar tools to review website traffic, conversion rates or sales performance?
