Key Responsibilities:
Respond to meeting and event inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in-person.
Assist the Sales Managers in preparing proposals, contracts, and function sheets.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., catering, banqueting, operations) to ensure accurate event execution.
Maintain and update sales and event databases (e.g., Delphi, Opera, Salesforce).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to event bookings and revenue.
Conduct site inspections and client show rounds as needed.
Ensure all event logistics are accurately communicated and documented.
Follow up with clients post-event to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Support marketing initiatives related to M&E promotions or seasonal campaigns.
Stay informed about industry trends, local competition, and company offerings.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, events, or hospitality coordination preferred.
Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of event management systems a plus.
Customer-service oriented with a proactive and flexible attitude.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
