We are looking for an E-commerce Coordinator to join our UK Team. You'll play a key role in overseeing daily operations, crafting engaging on-site content, and driving successful promotional campaigns. By collaborating with our Head of E-commerce, you'll help shape the online experience and contribute to the brand's growth.

The Day to Day




No two days at Antler are ever the same. We're fast-paced and opportunistic, meaning we're agile and comfortable in an entrepreneurial setting. But these are the things that will be core to your role:

Overseeing day-to-day operations

: Manage the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings and pricing.

Assisting in content management:

Upload imagery and copy to the site to ensure content is accurate and engaging.

Building promotional mechanics:

Develop and implement promotional mechanics onsite.

Maintaining theme content:

Keep the site theme up-to-date with content such as menus, homepage banners, page content, and promotional messaging.

Updating and maintaining the trade planner:

Ensure the trade planner is current with promotional dates, product launches, and other relevant activities as set by the Head of E-commerce.

Collaborating on email campaigns

: Work alongside the Marketing Team to develop, build and execute email campaigns across all markets using Klaviyo.

Assist with projects and initiatives:

Provide support for ad hoc projects across our sister brands, including marketing, product, and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements




These are the things you'll need to thrive in the role at Antler:

1 to 2 years' experience in a similar role. Preferably with experience using shopify or any other ecommerce platform. You have strong organisational and communication skills combined with a precise attention to detail. You're a team player and understand the importance of great culture.
