Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and data-driven

E-Commerce Coordinator

with strong Shopify experience to support to the day-to-day operations and optimisation of our newly launched website. This role supports key areas such as merchandising, inventory management, and customer experience to ensure the website operates efficiently, drives revenue, and consistently reflects our brand values.

The ideal candidate will be confident in running and interpreting performance reports and skilled at translating insights into actionable strategies for growth. They will stay informed on e-commerce trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to drive ongoing development.

Website Management and Merchandising:

- Manage overall presentation and functionality of the website, ensuring product content, imagery and pricing is accurate.

- Curate and manage product listings and collections to drive conversion.

- Identify strategies to drive sell-through and support planning and execution of promotions.

- Monitor site performance and speed and identify opportunities for UX improvements.

Inventory and Fulfilment:

- Track inventory performance metrics and liaise with product team to maintain optimal stock levels.

- Maintain stock accuracy and synchronisation between platforms.

- Manage relationship with warehouse to ensure timely order fulfilment and a seamless customer experience.

- Proactively identify and resolve fulfilment issues, delays, or discrepancies

Marketing & CRM:

- Work alongside marketing to plan and execute engaging email campaigns.

- Perform A/B testing on campaign content and flows to refine strategy and improve conversion rates.

- Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour to implement segmentation, retention strategies, and lifecycle marketing.

2-5+ years of Shopify experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Shopify analytics. Experience using Klaviyo, Google Analytics, or similar software. Familiarity with SEO best practices. Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
