The Role:
Responsible for the maintenance and customer satisfaction of online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay and Shopify. Tasks may include, but are not limited to:
Effectively managing online customer communications and enquiries.
Handling phone calls.
Chasing couriers for updates to customers orders.
Efficiently learn courier's main protocols & processes to provide customers with accurate delivery information.
Troubleshoot any incorrect customer orders.
Monitoring active product listings and seller performance on all allocated marketplaces.
Responding to our feedback and review channels.
Monitoring our live chat features regularly and efficiently.
What we want from you:
Experience in using Excel in a commercial environment.
Direct hands-on experience with online marketplaces.
Great team worker with desire to learn.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Exhibit attention to detail.
A good command of the English language, in particular spelling and grammar.
Excellent communication skills.
Previous experience handling phone calls.
