young, energetic, and enthusiastic E-commerce Customer Service & Order Fulfilment Executive

to join our amazing team and take on a key role in our day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do:



Customer Service & Platform Support



Manage customer service enquiries across our online selling platforms, responding via email, messaging systems, and occasional calls Deliver timely, professional, and friendly support while meeting internal response time targets Handle complaints calmly and effectively, always aiming for first-contact resolution and a positive customer outcome

Returns, Claims & Issue Resolution



Use our internal software and marketplace systems to process returns, refunds, and replacements Manage customer complaints from start to finish, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution Liaise with courier partners to investigate delayed, lost, or damaged deliveries and submit claims where required

Order Processing & Dispatch Support



Print and prepare shipping labels for the dispatch team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment Monitor order flow to ensure all customer orders are processed correctly and dispatched on time Work closely with the warehouse and dispatch teams to resolve any order discrepancies quickly

Product Labelling & Fulfilment Support



Assist with product labelling to ensure compliance with platform and shipping requirements Support Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) processes, including preparing, checking, and coordinating stock sent to Amazon Ensure FBA and non-FBA orders are set up correctly and moving smoothly through fulfilment channels

Operational & Team Collaboration



Communicate daily with internal teams to ensure customer issues, returns, and orders are actioned efficiently Flag recurring issues, trends, or customer feedback to management to help improve processes and customer experience Support general operational and administrative tasks as needed to keep the business running smoothly
Full training will be provided -- we're looking for someone who's organised, eager to learn, and confident taking ownership of their responsibilities.

What We're Looking For:



A genuine passion for customer service Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and a proactive mindset Comfortable using computers and learning new systems quickly

Around 1 year of admin or office experience preferred (but not essential)

Bachelor's degree preferred or currently studying Willingness to take ownership and step into a lead role as you grow
