We're looking for a brilliant
Ecommerce and
Digital Marketing Manager
to bring creativity, strategy, and personality to our Shopify website, Klaviyo email campaigns, Shopify website, and social media channels. Think of it as telling our story online with the same flair we have in-store.

This is a salaried role (not freelance), with a salary of
20,000-24,000 pro rata

E-Commerce & Shopify Expertise
Proven experience designing and managing
Shopify
websites (minimum 2+ years)
Confident with
Shopify's theme customisation
, including:
Editing
HTML, CSS, and Liquid
(Shopify's templating language)
Creating custom sections or adjusting layouts for better UX
Experience installing, evaluating, and configuring the
best Shopify apps
(reviews, upsells, bundles, SEO tools, etc.)
Familiar with Shopify analytics and insights for continuous improvement
Design & Content Creation
A
strong eye for design
with hands-on experience using:
Canva
(quick and polished content)
Adobe Express
(more advanced or brand-consistent work)
CapCut
(short-form video creation/editing for reels, TikToks, and social ads)
Able to produce beautifully branded graphics, banners, page layouts, and assets for both web and social
Confident in maintaining visual consistency across all digital platforms
Email & CRM Marketing (Klaviyo)
Experience designing and scheduling
Klaviyo campaigns
Ability to build beautiful, responsive email templates that align with the brand
Social Media Understanding
Experience designing content optimised for platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok (no need to run the social accounts, but understand what kind of content works)
Ability to coordinate brand visuals across platforms
Technical & Soft Skills
Experience working within a brand identity and keeping a consistent visual tone
Strong understanding of
UX/UI best practices
for e-commerce
Curious and self-motivated -- enjoys researching tools, testing features, and finding elegant tech solutions
Detail-oriented and organised -- especially when juggling design, copy, and Shopify tweaks
