We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing our online presence, optimising product listings, and driving traffic to our website through various digital marketing channels. The E-Commerce Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand visibility and increasing sales through effective management of our e-commerce initiatives.

Duties



Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement. Manage product listings on platforms such, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and SEO optimisation. Utilise Google Ads and email marketing campaigns to promote products and increase website traffic. Conduct thorough analysis using Google Analytics to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Oversee social media management, creating engaging content that aligns with our brand voice. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project management tasks to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives. Employ copywriting skills to create compelling product descriptions and promotional materials. Maintain an organised database of customer information, sales data, and marketing analytics using Microsoft Excel. Lead B2B marketing efforts by developing targeted campaigns that resonate with business clients. Foster strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners effectively.

Experience



Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles is essential. Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices for online visibility. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for creating visually appealing content is preferred. Familiarity with project management tools and techniques to ensure efficient workflow. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Experience in B2B marketing strategies is advantageous. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as IT literacy for troubleshooting basic technical issues.
