Duties
Manage and optimise the company's e-commerce website, ensuring an engaging user experience.
Conduct SEO analysis to improve website visibility and search rankings.
Oversee project management for e-commerce initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Utilise Adobe Photoshop for creating visually appealing content for product listings and marketing campaigns.
Maintain the WordPress platform, ensuring all content is up-to-date and functional.
Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic to the website.
Perform detailed analysis using Google Analytics to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Execute email marketing campaigns aimed at customer engagement and retention.
Manage social media accounts, creating content that aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
Collaborate with B2B partners to enhance marketing efforts and expand reach.
Demonstrate strong copywriting skills to create compelling product descriptions and promotional materials.
Utilise Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking key performance indicators.
Exhibit leadership qualities by guiding junior team members and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Ensure effective communication across teams to align on objectives and strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience in e-commerce management or a related field.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Proficiency in project management methodologies.
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for graphic design tasks.
Experience with WordPress as a content management system.
Knowledge of Google Ads for online advertising campaigns.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively using Google Analytics.
Strong copywriting abilities for creating engaging content across various platforms.
Experience in social media management, including strategy development and execution.
