We're Godshot studio, a physical concept space in Shawlands with a growing online sales channel focused on lifestyle products, fragrances and speciality coffee. Our online presence is expanding, and we're looking for an organised, creative and data-savvy

E-Commerce Executive

to help managed daily orders, expand our online offering and improve our brand reach.

The Role



You'll manage our online store, ensuring customer's experience is seamless and engaging. You'll work closely with the owner who has a wealth of experience in branding, e-commerce and design, and drive performance across products, promotions, and manage the day to day operation. We are currently a small team so this role will suit someone who is able to organise their day, work independently when required, and cooperate with store staff and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage product listings, pricing, descriptions, images, and stock updates across e-commerce platform. We use Woocommerce / Wordpress. Pick and pack daily customer order & deal with couriers Receive deliveries from suppliers and put away Review inventory and stock accuracy Create stock transfers to our store and coordinate with store staff Manage our stock room organisation and upkeep Track sales performance and produce regular reports on KPIs and conversion metrics Handle customer service queries and returns promptly and professionally Support marketing and creative initiatives with accurate product and brand information Monitor competitor activity and market trends

About You



1-3 years' experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role is preferred but not essential Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, or similar) Confident using analytics tools and reporting to understand stock / sales performance Strong work ethic to meet daily deadline and ensure operational efficiency Customer oriented and familiar with pick/pack operations and the need for accuracy and presentation Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and copywriting skills Managed inventory before and familiar with stock checks / analysing anomalies Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a small team Continuous improvement mindset Bonus points for: photography, graphic design, or CRM/email marketing experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
