About The Role
The main goal of this position is to own and optimise our digital performance across all e-commerce and marketing channels. You'll manage online sales platforms, re-engage existing customers, and deliver marketing activity that directly drives revenue growth.
That will include:
Managing and optimising listings and sales performance across
Amazon, eBay and our own website
Delivering
email marketing and CRM campaigns
to drive retention and re-engagement
Analysing traffic, conversion and sales data to identify opportunities and track ROI
Understanding products in depth and ensuring they are presented and positioned brilliantly
Collaborating with internal teams to align on promotions, creative and customer experience
Owning reporting, insights and continuous improvement across all digital touchpoints
You'll be the person who ensures we are always learning, improving and growing online balancing creativity, commercial instinct and technical detail every step of the way.
