Halcyon Days is a British luxury brand celebrated for its heritage, craftsmanship and beautifully designed enamel boxes, jewellery, homeware and fine bone china. We are seeking a creatively minded Digital Marketing & E-commerce Executive to help bring our stories, craft and collections to life across digital channels.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong creative judgement with excellent organisational skills - someone who can craft compelling digital content, enrich the brand online and support seamless execution of campaigns and product launches. You will have the freedom to contribute ideas, shape the digital experience and make the role your own as the brand continues to grow.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Digital Content & Brand Storytelling
Create, upload and optimise digital content across the website, email and social channels, ensuring everything reflects Halcyon Days' brand identity and heritage.
Support the development of brand storytelling across key seasonal launches and collections.
Assist in shaping visual merchandising on the website with a focus on elegant presentation, photography usage and brand hierarchy.
Organise, brief and manage creative assets - including photography, lifestyle imagery, campaign banners and product shots.
Digital Campaigns
Support the delivery of email marketing campaigns - building emails (Klaviyo) and preparing segmentation lists.
Upload campaign visuals and landing page assets with a strong focus on craftsmanship storytelling, gifting, new collections and seasonal moments.
Assist with social media management - including planning and scheduling posts, curating and preparing assets, writing captions, supporting video / reel creation, community engagement and monitoring channel performance.
Be proactive with creative ideas for new content, ensuring all concepts are visually on-brand and aligned with seasonal campaigns and product launches.
Ensure campaigns are accurately tagged with UTMs and aligned across channels.
Creative Analytics & Performance Tracking
Support weekly and monthly digital reporting with a focus on the performance of creative assets, content and campaigns.
Monitor website engagement KPIs (time on page, scroll depth, CVR) to understand which creative executions resonate most.
Track performance of seasonal landing pages and highlight opportunities to refine visuals and messaging.
Evaluate email creative (open rates, click-through, time viewed) to optimise future strategy.
Website Content & E-commerce Support
Maintain and update the Halcyon Days website (Shopify Plus), ensuring the homepage, navigation and collection pages remain fresh, seasonally relevant and beautifully presented.
Support product launches where necessary by uploading imagery, copy, product specifications, tags and SEO fields.
Help ensure that all product categories are enriched, consistent and easy to shop.
QA new pages and products to ensure a refined, intuitive experience on both desktop and mobile.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Essential
1-3 years' experience in digital marketing, content creation or e-commerce.
Strong visual eye with a passion for premium aesthetics, luxury product presentation and elegant digital layouts.
Excellent written English and brand storytelling capability, ideally with an understanding of luxury tone of voice.
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, preferably Shopify or Shopify Plus.
Confidence building emails and working with email marketing platforms.
Good understanding of digital metrics, GA4 and basic reporting.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Desirable
Experience in luxury, gifting, fashion, jewellery, or homewares.
Familiarity with Klaviyo, Canva, or Adobe tools.
Basic image editing skills (cropping, resizing, simple adjustments).
Awareness of SEO principles.
Experience with social content creation or managing social calendars.
