Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

E-Commerce Specialist

to join our digital marketing team. Working within our small EComm team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising our online sales channels, developing engaging content, and analysing performance metrics to drive growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and utilise a broad skill set in website management, SEO, marketing, and analytics within a fast-paced environment. The ideal applicant will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for e-commerce and digital marketing strategies.

Duties



Manage and optimise product listings across our main e-commerce platform (Shopify), ensuring accuracy and visual appeal Maximise user experience UX by researching, identifying, and implementing the latest 'best practices' for the optimal customer journey. Monitor and suggest improvements that may improve engagement, CTR and CVR Help maintain marketplace listings Support the implementation of SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic Support the coordination and execution of email marketing campaigns Leverage platforms such as Google and META Ads to drive brand and product visibility and traffic to site Analyse website performance using Google Analytics and other analytical tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Populate weekly KPI analysis sheet and share with digital team, together with your interpretations of the data Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project management tasks, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and initiatives Support with new product launches across all digital platform Utilise Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentation purposes Maintain organised records of campaigns, sales data, and customer interactions to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements



Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of Shopify, SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management (META, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Youtube), and email marketing. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and IT skills relevant to digital platforms. Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to craft compelling copy for diverse audiences. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines through effective time management. Ability to work independently or as part of a team within a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with good analysis skills to interpret data insights into actionable strategies. Experience in project management is highly desirable.
