Responsibilities

Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns to maximise ROI and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms. Oversee social media management, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience and promotes brand awareness. Analyse e-commerce performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve sales strategies and customer experience. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling copy for product descriptions, advertisements, and promotional materials. Lead project management initiatives related to e-commerce enhancements, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and alignment with business goals. Utilise effective time management skills to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Support B2B initiatives by developing tailored strategies that cater to business clients and enhance their purchasing experience.

Experience

Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns and social media platforms is essential. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Excellent copywriting skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand voice consistency. Demonstrated leadership capabilities in project management settings, fostering collaboration among team members. Previous experience in a B2B environment is advantageous but not mandatory. Proficiency in time management, ensuring efficient workflow within an office setting.
