Job Description
As our Ecommerce Executive, you'll play a vital role in supporting the online trading and commercial performance of our websites. You'll play a key role in optimising the ecommerce site to drive sales, improve conversion rates and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily management of the ecommerce website (product uploads, pricing, promotions). Work with the marketing team on email campaigns, paid advertising, and SEO strategies. Monitor site performance, user journeys, and conversion funnels to identify improvement opportunities. Analyse customer behaviour and sales data to generate actionable insights. Stay on top of ecommerce trends, technologies, and competitors.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in an ecommerce, digital marketing, or online trading role. Degree or equivalent level qualification in a relevant subject Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento etc.). Comfortable using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Good working knowledge of digital marketing channels (email, PPC, SEO). Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills. * A proactive mindset and a passion for ecommerce and customer experience.
