We're a dynamic digital marketing team based right here in Manchester (M12 6BG, so easily commutable!) and we're on the hunt for a brilliant Ecommerce Executive to supercharge our online retail operations. What you'll be doing:
You'll be the maestro of our online presence, overseeing everything from seamless customer journeys to eye catching product merchandising across our Magento and WooCommerce platforms.
Get ready to dive into:
Daily ecommerce operations: Keeping everything running smoothly and ensuring our customers have a fantastic experience.
Product merchandising magic: From category structures to pricing and promotions, you'll make our products shine.
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Implementing strategies that boost our site performance and turn browsers into buyers.
Data driven decisions: Analysing sales, customer behaviour, and market trends to make smart choices.
Team collaboration: Working hand in hand with our marketing, UX, and development teams to elevate the online shopping experience.
Innovation: Researching new tech and industry best practices, then coordinating with our in house developers for implementation.
Competitor scouting: Keeping a keen eye on what our rivals are up to.
Who we're looking for:
You're a proactive individual with a genuine passion for ecommerce, ready to jump into a busy, thriving and ambitious team. We're looking for someone confident in their abilities and eager to contribute.
You'll ideally have:
Proven experience: 3+ years as an Ecommerce Executive or similar role.
An analytical brain: Experience with Google Analytics, A/B testing tools, and heatmaps is desirable.
Platform proficiency: Familiarity with Magento & WooCommerce.
Solid understanding: Merchandising, conversion rate optimisation and digital marketing principles.
Excellent communication: Top notch project management and stakeholder communication skills.
Knowledge of: Inventory management and demand forecasting.
Bonus points for: Experience with search engine optimisation, pay per click, social media or email marketing.
