The Role



As an E-Commerce Executive, you will support the day-to-day running and optimisation of the BLK BOX online store, helping to ensure a smooth and high-performing shopping experience for our customers.

This role is a great opportunity to develop your e-commerce skills, working closely with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to assist with merchandising, monitor performance, and contribute to online revenue growth.

Alongside this, we're at an exciting stage where we're planning to internationalise the site and build a more immersive experience for customers globally -- so there's real scope to get involved in shaping how the brand shows up online as we grow

Key Responsibilities



Website Management:

Assist in managing the on-site experience, ensuring product content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with BLK BOX brand standards.

Product & Category Management:

Support sales, marketing, and supply chain teams in managing product listings, categories, pricing, and stock information.

Performance Analysis:

Help monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and sales trends, supporting the identification of opportunities for improvement.

Reporting & Insights:

Assist in analysing and reporting on e-commerce performance, providing clear insights to help improve online results.

Marketing Alignment:

Work with the marketing team to support digital campaigns (SEO, paid media, email) and ensure they contribute to e-commerce objectives.

Site Development & Optimisation:

Help with website development and optimisation projects, collaborating with external developers, apps, and technology partners to improve site functionality and customer experience.

Skills & Experience



Experience working within an e-commerce, digital, or online retail team. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools (ideally Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, SEMrush). Some experience managing website content, apps, or third-party integrations via a CMS. Basic understanding of product merchandising, category management, or online trading is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Proactive, motivated, and eager to grow within digital and e-commerce.

Pay: 28,000.00-33,000.00 per year
