We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising our online sales platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience while driving sales growth. This role requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and analytical thinking to enhance our e-commerce presence and implement effective marketing strategies.
Duties
Manage and optimise product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions and appealing visuals.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
Oversee project management for e-commerce initiatives, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and updates.
Utilise Adobe Photoshop to create engaging graphics and promotional materials for online marketing efforts.
Maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring that content is up-to-date and aligned with marketing goals.
Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns to increase visibility and drive targeted traffic.
Analyse website performance using Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Craft compelling copy for product descriptions, email marketing campaigns, and social media posts to engage customers effectively.
Manage social media accounts, creating content that resonates with our audience while promoting products and brand values.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align B2B marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills by guiding junior team members in best practices for e-commerce management.
Utilise Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting on sales performance, customer behaviour, and market trends.
Employ excellent time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles is essential especially E-bay.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, Google Ads, email marketing, B2B marketing, and social media management.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint), and Google Analytics is required.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with strong copywriting abilities.
Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on findings.
Strong project management capabilities with a focus on delivering results within deadlines.
