Role Purpose:





We're looking for a strategic and hands-on

eCommerce Manager

to own and optimise the Absolute Collagen digital shopfront. This role will be responsible for driving online revenue, optimising conversion, and creating seamless customer experiences across web and mobile.



You'll sit at the heart of our digital team, collaborating with marketing, brand, tech, and product to ensure our website not only looks world-class but performs brilliantly.







Key Responsibilities:




Website Management & Optimisation





Own the day-to-day management of the eCommerce site, ensuring it is up to date, accurate, and optimised for conversion in-line with trading initiatives. Oversee product launches, promotions, content updates, and merchandising - meeting strict deadlines for campaign launches and site refreshes. Manage site performance & UX -- working with developers and third parties to optimise customer journey Deliver A/B testing and CRO initiatives to increase conversion and AOV. Previous CMS management with Shopify+ / Sanity desirable Work closely with digital production, brand and ecommerce teams to manage campaigns, site refreshes and new product launches end to end: managing briefs, content population and site execution.



Trading & Merchandising





Monitor and report on daily/weekly/monthly performance KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, subscription mix, revenue), providing actionable insights and implement to improve trade performance Prepare weekly trading analysis & present findings within weekly trading meetings: key insights and developing recommendations Work closely with paid media, CRM, and SEO teams to align trading activity with campaigns and landing page optimisations Work closely with digital performance team to manage promotional calendar and ensure flawless execution of offers across PDPs, PLPs, cart, and checkout.



CRO





Champion the end-to-end digital customer journey, ensuring a premium and frictionless experience Conduct research and analyse data to identify opportunities to improve conversion rates. Develop and implement CRO strategies, including A/B testing, landing page optimisation, and personalisation. Track and analyse the results of CRO tests and make recommendations for improvement. Partner with product, UX/UI & dev teams to continually refine site design and usability.



Brand Campaigns





Implement brand campaigns on the eCommerce website and other channels. This may involve creating landing pages, updating product pages, and running email marketing campaigns. Monitor the performance of brand campaigns and make adjustments as needed Ensure that brand campaigns deliver a consistent and positive customer experience



Collaboration & Leadership





Work cross-functionally with digital marketing, brand, tech, CRM and customer service teams to ensure consistency and operational excellence Key contact for third party ecommerce agencies across user journey to optimise and drive onsite optimisations (Ratings & Reviews, Post Purchase, Refer a Friend programme)



Skills & Experience





Proven track record in eCommerce management (ideally DTC, subscription, or beauty/wellness sector). Strong experience managing CMS platforms:

Shopify Plus/Sanity (or equivalent)

, and ecommerce analytics tools such as: Google Analytics/GA4, Hotjar/MSClarity Experience with

subscriptions desirable, CRO, and digital merchandising


Commercially driven, data-led, with an eye for detail and precision Excellent project management skills -- able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
