XUM Enterprise Ltd is not your average IT hardware reseller. We are a fast-moving, purpose-driven company based in Manchester, operating across global B2B ecommerce and circular economy markets. We specialise in desktops, laptops, memory, storage, servers, and networking equipment, sourcing, refurbishing, and distributing thousands of units every month through platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Back Market.
We blend ecommerce with industrial processing, ITAD (IT asset disposition), and sustainable re-use strategies. Our operations span across the UK, UAE, China, and Europe, supported by ISO-aligned processes, skilled worker visa sponsorships, and international logistics.
We care about people, progress, and performance. We believe in talent that wants to grow, take ownership, and actively shape the future of our company. If you are someone who thrives on real responsibility, solving hard problems, and driving visible results, this is your place.

We understand that exceptional talent delivers exponential results, and we are happy to pay top-of-the-market salary to secure the right person.
