Job Description

RS World Trading Ltd is looking for a proactive and experienced Manager to lead our online furniture sales operations, with a focus on sofas and related home furnishings. This role involves managing product listings, pricing strategies, and customer service across platforms such as Amazon, Wayfair, and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a background in e-commerce and furniture retail, strong organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to drive growth and efficiency in a fast-paced online sales environment.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer experience. Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience. Conduct regular analysis of website performance, traffic trends, and conversion rates to inform marketing strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that leverage SEO best practices and Google Ads for maximum visibility. Oversee product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and imagery to attract customers. Lead a team of e-commerce specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals. Maintain an organised approach to project management, ensuring timely completion of tasks and initiatives. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce objectives with overall business goals.

Skills

Proficient in Google Analytics and other analytical tools for tracking website performance. Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in managing teams effectively. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills for collaborating with various departments and stakeholders. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems (CMS).
