You'll lead the day-to-day running of our e-commerce operations across clinics (treatment), skincare (product) and education, with a focus on conversion, performance and long-term customer growth.
E-commerce Manager - Teresa Tarmey

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute the global e-commerce strategy in line with wider marketing and commercial objectives
Collaborate closely with marketing, creative and the clinic team to align digital experience with clinic activity
Drive continuous improvement across the ecommerce experience (UX, checkout, mobile, search, etc.).
Website & Platform Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of teresatarmey.com
Own and manage the Shopify website end-to-end, ensuring a seamless user journey, optimised product pages and regular content updates
Oversee website performance, analyse customer behaviour and implement UX and CRM improvements
Manage all e-commerce campaigns, product launches, and homepage updates in collaboration with brand marketing and creative, identifying the need for and briefing in content and assets when necessary
Manage integrations and functionality between Shopify, Klaviyo, and other platforms (Zenoti knowledge a plus)
Digital + E-mail Marketing
Set up and optimise email campaigns and automated flows using Klaviyo (welcome, abandon cart, post-purchase etc)
Optimise on-site SEO to increase organic traffic and improve keyword rankings
Own the relationship with our performance marketing agency to ensure smooth paid social activity
Reporting
Monitor and report on key performance metrics including sales, conversion rate, AOV, retention and customer acquisition
Analyse customer data to improve personalisation and drive long-term engagement.
What We're Looking For:
3-5 years proven experience in e-commerce, within beauty or wellness retail
Confident managing Shopify backend (theme edits, app integrations, content uploads)
Experience with Klaviyo or equivalent email marketing platform
Comfortable with leading on e-commerce analytics and weekly reporting to the team
Zenoti experience is a real bonus/advantage, but not required
Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
A self-starter who's proactive, highly organised and solutions-oriented

Pay: 50,000.00-55,000.00 per year
