Job Description

Are you experienced in e-commerce and online marketplace operations? Do you understand how to run Amazon FBA, manage eBay listings, and optimise online sales processes? Clearline Commerce (part of the Cards2Cash group) is looking for a part-time E-Commerce Manager to help build and scale our multi-platform online presence.

Cards2Cash has grown rapidly over the past three years and is now the fastest-growing gift card marketplace in the UK and Ireland. We are trusted by thousands of customers and have already saved over 1 million worth of gift cards from expiring.

As part of our continued expansion, we are now building out our e-commerce operations to support new revenue streams, including Amazon FBA selling, eBay buying and reselling, and broader online marketplace activity.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in the town centre, working directly with leadership to establish and manage our e-commerce function.

Position Overview



The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for setting up and managing all online marketplace operations, including Amazon FBA, eBay, and other platforms as we expand. This role involves purchasing stock, preparing listings, managing shipments, coordinating fulfilment, monitoring performance, and ensuring profitable operations across multiple online channels.

This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, working efficiently, and building processes from scratch.

Key Responsibilities



Manage Amazon FBA operations including product listing, pricing, shipment creation, and stock management Handle all buying and selling activity on eBay, including sourcing stock, research, listing, packaging, and dispatch Research products, assess demand, and identify profitable buying opportunities Build and maintain accurate product listings with high-quality descriptions and photography Track sales performance, profit margins, and marketplace analytics Ensure timely fulfilment of all orders and handle returns or dispute cases Maintain stock accuracy and organise inventory for shipping Liaise with suppliers, wholesalers, and logistics providers Optimise listings for visibility, conversion, and pricing competitiveness Report performance to leadership with clear data and insights Keep up to date with marketplace rules, FBA requirements, and e-commerce best practices

Requirements



Strong experience with Amazon FBA (essential) Experience buying and selling on eBay (essential) Good understanding of product research, pricing strategy, and online retail trends Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow Strong organisation and attention to detail Comfortable handling stock, preparing shipments, and managing physical inventory Good computer literacy and experience with marketplace tools Reliable, consistent, and able to work full-time in person
