Ecommerce Coordinator

Salary:

27,000 pro rata

Hours:

18.75 hours per week (fixed term until 30th June 2028). Flexibility around working hours will be considered, including reduced hours during school holidays.

What You'll DoContent & Marketing



Lead and manage Neuthread's e-commerce website, ensuring product listings are accurate, compelling, and aligned with our brand. Write engaging product descriptions that highlight the unique value of each item. Capture high-quality product photography for our website and other online platforms. List products across multiple online platforms, optimising for visibility and sales. Upload and maintain content consistently across all channels, reflecting our branding standards. Monitor sales and online performance, making data-informed adjustments to improve results. Use our stock inventory database to organise, collate, and store products efficiently. Maintain fast-paced publishing and merchandising schedules to keep products live and engaging. Curate the "New In" category across all platforms, ensuring our online presence is fresh and engaging. Work with our website host to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Customer Care



Deliver excellent after-sales service, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched to Neuthread's high standards. Help establish and maintain a customer feedback system, monitoring satisfaction and taking proactive action. Respond promptly, politely, and professionally to customer enquiries across all platforms. Maintain high-quality service at all times to ensure strong positive feedback and excellent reviews across all online platforms. Handle returns, exchanges, and any customer issues efficiently and professionally.
