Tasks
Take ownership of the online stores in the UK, ensuring it is perfectly tailored to the local market in terms of look and feel and information provided.
Identify growth opportunities for the e-commerce of the UK markets
Apply your UX knowledge to drive meaningful A/B tests to improve the e-commerce's performance
Run e-commerce analysis on a frequent basis and come up with out of the box ideas to increase the main KPIs.
Enhance our online presence through SEO and SEM techniques.
Update prices, product descriptions, website content according to the global standards and local needs.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content.
Work closely with marketing to identify localized marketing opportunities.
Support increasing traffic and conversion rates through targeted efforts.
Implement process improvements and maintain data accuracy.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of managing an e-commerce store.
Experience in performance marketing is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
Knowledge of Shopify.
Proficiency in SEO and SEM.
Enthusiasm for continuous process and workflow improvement.
Excellent English language skills.
High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation and achiever mentality
Strong customer and service orientation, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on growth.
