About the Role:

In the role of Ecommerce Marketing Manager D2C, you will take the helm in shaping both the strategic framework and hands-on implementation of a digital marketing strategy within a diverse D2C team. Your focus will be on bolstering the commercial aspects of D2C Ecommerce. Leveraging paid, owned, and earned digital marketing channels, you will craft comprehensive, omni-channel Consumer experiences that directly contribute to achieving commercial objectives. This encompasses targets such as sales, ROI, acquisition, retention, and CSAT. Your collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams will play a pivotal role in devising impactful D2C campaigns, driving valuable insights, enhancing consumer experiences, influencing brand sentiment, and ultimately boosting ecommerce sales.

Main Responsibilities:

STRATEGY
Your role encompasses formulating effective strategies for Acquisition and Retention to achieve profitable growth. You will spearhead website activities, driving traffic, conversion, and retention in collaboration with both internal and external E-commerce partners. Additionally, you\'ll pioneer new strategic initiatives to optimise trade outcomes. Leading the Acquisition plan through the Agency, you\'ll manage spending to ensure profitable growth and financial reconciliation. Ensuring a cohesive marketing approach, you\'ll align efforts across Social, Website, CRM, and Paid channels. As the E-commerce lead, you\'ll play a pivotal role in significant projects, supporting NPD launches and collaborating closely with the Marketing Team to execute impactful campaigns that enhance brand awareness and customer retention. Working alongside digital marketing agencies, you\'ll maximise traffic and conversions, with a focus on SEO and PPC. Your oversight will extend to an omni-channel strategy, covering all Consumer touchpoints, while ensuring alignment with the Brand and Above-The-Line (ATL) strategy.

OPERATIONAL
You will encompass researching and integrating new technological solutions, while also projecting and establishing KPIs across channels. You\'ll curate a comprehensive master content calendar for multiple brands\' digital presence, coordinating with digital agencies for timely deliverables. Leveraging digital marketing resources, you\'ll drive D2C objectives, and additionally, you\'ll provide essential support to operational teams by considering marketing and Consumer aspects.

COMMERCIAL
You\'ll strategically allocate funds for Acquisition and Retention, predicting associated ROI. You\'ll oversee Revenue performance across all Acquisition and Retention channels. Analysing E-commerce sales data, you\'ll derive actionable insights for decision-making. You\'ll also manage and aid external digital marketing agencies, coordinating campaigns, product launches, and promotional calendars to achieve budgetary targets.

COMMUNICATION
Your role is pivotal as you strategically allocate funds for both Acquisition and Retention, forecasting the associated Return on Investment (ROI). You will lead Revenue performance oversight across all Retention and Acquisition channels, while also analyzing and reporting on E-commerce sales performance, extracting actionable insights from data. You\'ll play a crucial role in managing and supporting external digital marketing agencies, coordinating campaigns, product launches, and promotional calendars to meet budget goals and enhance our competitive position in the digital landscape.

Who we are looking for:

In your role as Ecommerce Marketing Manager D2C, you will require a comprehensive skill set and knowledge base that spans various areas, including expertise in Consumer acquisition and retention strategies, along with proficiency in enhancing Consumer Experience (CX), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). You will be responsible for designing and implementing omni-channel digital marketing strategies, gaining hands-on experience with both inbound and outbound digital channels. Your strong grasp of performance marketing, encompassing metrics such as Return on Investment (ROI) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), will guide your decision-making process. Your role will also entail understanding Consumer journeys from awareness to post-purchase and utilizing attribution models for effective campaign planning.

Your proficiency with the full marketing stack, including tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Merchant, Tag Manager, and Ads, will be crucial in optimising digital efforts. Your expertise will extend to driving growth through Public Relations (PR) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) channels, supported by a track record of successful execution. Additionally, you will leverage your experience to optimise SEO strategies, refine marketing approaches, and enhance CRM initiatives, collectively contributing to the overall success of the role.
