Overview
We're seeking a proactive and self-driven eCommerce & Marketing Manager to lead all marketing and digital activity for the UK arm of EzyDog. As the sole marketing specialist in our UK team, you'll be given the responsibility to shape and optimise our marketing efforts -- across B2C and B2B channels -- while aligning with the overall brand direction from our Australian HQ.
Key Responsibilities
eCommerce & Website Management
Oversee the UK Shopify store: update banners, content, product listings, and promotions.
Liaise with our external development team for more technical updates and site improvements.
Monitor site performance and UX, making recommendations for design enhancements.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and manage a UK-specific marketing calendar that aligns with global brand activity and local seasonal events.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns around key dates (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, summer).
Act as the main point of contact with our Australian HQ marketing team to ensure brand consistency and timely campaign rollouts.
Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
Develop the email marketing strategy, including segmentation, automations, and campaign planning.
Design, build and schedule regular newsletters and targeted flows.
Monitor performance metrics and optimise accordingly.
Social Media
Manage and grow our UK social channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Plan and create engaging content tailored to the UK audience, in line with brand tone and campaign themes.
Track engagement, follower growth, and content performance.
Search & SEO Oversight
Oversee our external SEO agency: providing direction and assessing performance.
Ensure alignment between SEO efforts and broader content strategy.
B2B Portal & Trade Marketing
Maintain and update our B2B ordering portal with relevant content and promotions.
Support trade customers with marketing assets when needed.
What We're Looking For
Experience in a digital marketing or eCommerce role.
Comfortable working autonomously and making strategic marketing decisions.
Hands-on experience with Shopify and Klaviyo or other eCommerce / mail platforms.
Strong understanding of social media marketing and content planning.
Excellent communication & written skills.
A proactive, flexible mindset and strong organisational skills.
Prior experience with SEO and working with external agencies is a bonus.
