Job Summary



We are seeking a

commercially

driven

Ecommerce

&

Marketing

Manager

with proven experience in

managing

and

growing Amazon

and

eBay

sales channels. This is a key role with full

ownership

of

digital

sales

performance

and platform

strategy

, focused on driving

revenue

growth,

optimising

product visibility, and

enhancing

the customer experience across all

online

channels.

Alongside

marketplace

management, you will play a central role in

social media

marketing, running and optimising

Meta

and

TikTok

ad campaigns, managing

budgets

, and leveraging social channels to increase

traffic

and

sales

, particularly through

Shopify

. Experience in

email marketing

is also essential, including utilising existing customer lists, building

targeted campaigns

, and managing

automated email

funnels to nurture and convert customers.

You will oversee the

end-to-end ecommerce

process. From

listings

and

campaign

planning to

performance analysis

and

optimisation

, ensuring all digital activities align with

commercial goals

and

brand standards

.

Working

cross-functionally

with teams in

product development

,

sourcing

,

logistics

, and

marketing

, and

supported

directly by the

Managing Director

, you will help

define

execute

our ecommerce growth

strategy

. Your strategic

You will also take a proactive approach to

identifying

implementing

new ecommerce and digital marketing

opportunities

Key Skills



Proven expertise in managing and growing Amazon and eBay platforms (experience with other ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, B&Q, OnBuy, Mountain Warehouse, and The Range is beneficial) Strong social media marketing experience, including managing campaigns and paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ability to leverage social media channels to increase sales on Shopify and other ecommerce platforms Experience with email marketing, including utilising existing email lists, planning, and managing automated email funnels Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate marketing initiatives into measurable revenue growth Understanding of digital customer journeys and conversion optimisation Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in ecommerce and marketing reporting tools Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms Marketing qualifications or certifications (desirable)

Responsibilities



Platforms



Lead and manage all third-party ecommerce platforms, with a primary focus on Amazon and eBay - also oversee other platforms such as Shopify, B&Q, OnBuy, Mountain Warehouse, and The Range Oversee the creation, optimisation, and performance of product listings, ensuring alignment with brand standards and platform best practices Implement continuous improvement processes for product pages, merchandising, and platform-specific strategies Manage cross-functional briefs with internal teams and external suppliers for creative assets and enhanced content

Sales & Growth



Define platform-specific sales goals in collaboration with the Managing Director and monitor performance using analytics and reporting tools Develop and execute ecommerce growth strategies, leveraging paid media, social ads, promotions, and platform-native tools Forecast demand and coordinate with the product and inventory teams to align stock availability with projected sales volumes Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction and service across all ecommerce platforms

Social Media & Performance Marketing



Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, managing budgets effectively to maximise ROI Develop creative, data-driven social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and direct sales Collaborate with the marketing team to create social-first campaigns and launch strategies that support ecommerce objectives Coordinate with influencers, media partners, and external agencies to increase visibility and conversions

Email Marketing



Develop and manage email marketing campaigns and funnels to nurture leads and drive repeat sales Utilise existing customer databases to segment audiences and deliver personalised content Plan regular email schedules, promotional sends, and automated customer journeys aligned with marketing and sales campaigns Analyse performance and continuously optimise for engagement and conversion
