Job Summary



We are seeking a commercially

driven

Ecommerce Manager

to

lead

the

development

,

optimisation

, and

expansion

of our third-party

ecommerce

platforms. This is a key role with ownership of

digital sales

performance and platform

strategy

, with a strong focus on driving

revenue growth

and improving

customer experience

across all online sales channels.

You will oversee the

end-to-end

ecommerce process, from

planning

and

implementing

listings to

monitoring

performance and driving

improvements

. With a solid

understanding

of ecommerce best practices and third-party

marketplaces

, you will ensure our product range achieves maximum

visibility

and becomes a

top

performer in its category.

As Ecommerce Manager, you will work cross-functionally with teams in

product development

sourcing

,

logistics

, and

marketing

, and be supported directly by the Managing Director. Your

leadership

strategic

input will help shape the

growth

trajectory of our ecommerce channels and

strengthen

in our sector.

Key Skills



Proven

expertise

in

managing

and

growing

ecommerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.) Strong

commercial

acumen with the ability to translate

marketing

initiatives into

revenue

Experience in running

performance

marketing

campaigns

(Google Ads, Meta Ads) Understanding of

digital

customer

journeys

and conversion

optimisation

Familiarity with

email

marketing tools and

CRM

Excellent

analytical

skills and proficiency in ecommerce

reporting

tools

Amazon Seller Central

proficiency Marketing qualifications or certifications (desirable)

Responsibilities



Platforms



Lead

and

manage

all third-party ecommerce

platforms

, including eBay, Shopify, B&Q, OnBuy, Mountain Warehouse, and The Range Oversee the

creation

optimisation

, and

performance

of product listings, ensuring alignment with

brand

standards and best

practices

Implement a process of

continuous improvement

for product

pages

merchandising

, and platform-specific

strategies

Manage cross-functional briefs with

internal

teams and

external

suppliers for the development of

creative

assets and enhanced

content


Sales



Define platform-specific sales

goals

in collaboration with the Managing Director and monitor

performance

using

analytics

and reporting

tools

Develop and execute

ecommerce

growth

strategies

, leveraging paid

media

promotions

, and platform-native tools Forecast

demand

and coordinate with the product and inventory teams to align

stock

availability with projected

sales

volumes Ensure a

consistently

high level of customer

satisfaction

Media & Marketing



Work closely with the

marketing

team to develop creative

campaigns

and launch

strategies

that support ecommerce

growth

Contribute

ideas

for digital

marketing

Coordinate with

influencers

partners

, and external

agencies

to drive traffic and

conversions

Create and manage

creative

briefs for product

visuals

and

promotional

content, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
