We're now looking for an E-Commerce Marketing Manager to own our email marketing, e-commerce operations, and content management -- ensuring every customer touchpoint is engaging, seamless, and effective.
The Role
This is a hands-on, data-driven marketing role with three core priorities:
Email marketing & lifecycle campaigns
- driving revenue and retention through smart, segmented, high-performing email flows.
- managing content teams, systems and calendars to keep our content marketing rhythm consistent and effective.
You'll work closely with our founders, creative teams, and external media agencies to execute marketing campaigns that not only drive sales but deepen customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing
Plan, build, and send all email campaigns (newsletters, launches, seasonal offers, discount events).
Create segmented customer journeys based on behaviour, interests, and pain points.
Optimise deliverability, engagement, and conversion metrics (CTR, open rates, revenue per send).
A/B test subject lines, layouts, CTAs, and content types.
Manage GetResponse lists, tags, automations, and reporting.
Turn long-form videos and customer reviews into engaging, value-driven email content (e.g. "Dan's Expert Opinion" features, testimonial emails).
E-Commerce & Platform Management
Manage Kajabi website and landing pages -- ensure all sales pages, checkout flows, and automations function smoothly.
Oversee payment systems, subscriptions, and discount code setup.
Coordinate product and pricing updates with internal teams.
Report on key funnel metrics -- traffic, conversion rate, and revenue per visitor.
Content Management
Lead the content calendar across social channels, email, blog, and affiliate & influencer activity.
Cut down long-form content (e.g., Dan's Clinics) into shorter videos, blog posts, and social/email snippets.
Manage affiliate & influencer partnerships, testimonial collection, and review showcases.
Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and video editors to ensure campaigns go live on time.
Performance & Reporting
Track and analyse key metrics (email engagement, website performance, content ROI).
Provide actionable insights to optimise user journeys and conversion funnels.
Maintain clean data hygiene across platforms and improve segmentation logic.

About You
5+ years' experience in digital or e-commerce marketing.
Proven success with lifecycle/email marketing (automation, segmentation, testing).
Confident managing e-commerce platforms, payments, funnels & landing pages.
Skilled in copywriting and repurposing content across formats.
Comfortable managing multiple creative workflows and deadlines.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data.
Strong project management skills and proactive ownership mindset.
