Role Overview



We're seeking a highly organised and proactive

Ecommerce Operations & Logistics Lead

to oversee our daily ecommerce operations and ensure seamless logistics and fulfilment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands ecommerce platforms, and has experience managing inventory and dispatch operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesEcommerce Operations



Oversee the day-to-day management of our back-end ecommerce fullfillment platforms (e.g., Linnworks, Ebay, Amazon, Shopify) Maintain and optimise product data, stock levels, pricing, and orders Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock forecasting to ensure accurate inventory levels Identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce returns, and improve customer satisfaction Monitor KPIs (sales performance, order accuracy, dispatch times) and provide regular reporting

Logistics & Fulfilment



Manage order processing, picking, packing, and shipping operations Liaise with courier services and manage shipping rates, timelines, and issue resolution Ensure accurate stock control and oversee warehouse/inventory management systems Oversee returns handling and aftersales processes Ensure compliance with all logistics, packaging, and health & safety standards

Team Leadership & Communication



Supervise warehouse or fulfilment staff (if applicable) Work cross-functionally with customer service and marketing teams Liaise with suppliers, courier partners, and logistics contacts

RequirementsEssential



Proven experience in ecommerce operations and/or logistics management Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Linnworks, Amazon, eBay) Understanding of inventory systems and stock control processes Excellent organisational and communication skills Hands-on, practical approach with problem-solving mindset Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and order management tools

Desirable



Experience in the leisure, motorhome, or automotive parts industry Knowledge of Royal Mail or other UK couriers and shipping platforms Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
